Frequently Asked Questions

1. What subscription plans do you offer and how many plays per week?

We offer one month and yearly subscriptions. There are no daily plays subscriptions available. We have found that short term subscribers are gamblers, undisciplined and mostly losers. The clients we are seeking are long term sports investors who realize what it takes to be successful over the long run. We average about five (5) high probability plays per day and all plays are rated 1-5 units. Large unit plays are rare but highly profitable historically.

2. May I contact Michael Gibbons directly?

Mr. Gibbons is generally available for his clients and prospects- and if he isn't, one of our staff will answer any questions you might have.

3. How do I contact Customer Service?

You can send any questions you might have to Customer Service and we will respond quickly. Customer Service is generally available from 2:00 AM PT to 2:00 PM PT seven days a week.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?

Virtually anything you can think of; various payment options are made available to you at the time of subscription.

5. How are your sports plays delivered?

Our plays are sent by email only.

6. Can I purchase your Best Bets for one specific sport?

No.

7. Do you sell or trade any of my personal information?

Never-ever. Our Privacy Policy is very clear- we do not ever disclose to anyone customer information. This has been our policy for thirteen years.

8. Are your selections guaranteed to win?

No- there is risk in any investment and any handicapper that guarantees winning plays is fooling you. However based on past results, it is highly likely that if you subscribe you will win in the long run.

9. Are your plays "monitored" by anyone?

Yes- they have been monitored for thirteen years by our clients. We have not found a monitoring service that was both ethical and efficient. Who is monitoring them?

10. Do you recommend any offshore sports books?

No. Handicappers that have links to offshore sports books are usually compensated by getting a percentage of what you lose when you have to add money to your account. That should tell you a lot. However, there are a number of reputable offshore sports books.

11. Does that mean handicappers with links to offshore sports books are actually scamming their own clients?

Ask them if they are compensated when you add money to your account. They don't make a dime if you win and never need to add money. If you lose, they can make a lot of money. Pure conflict of interest.

12. Do you have telephone sales people?

Most high profile media sports handicappers have telephone sales rooms (boiler rooms) -we don't. There are no high pressure sales people endlessly hounding you to buy generally bad plays.
